In the past, many business owners thought that local governments would relax their emissions in order to protect their fiscal revenues. However, the increasingly serious smog shows that China's environmental governance has reached a point where it cannot be relaxed. Therefore, the cost of sewage disposal in the papermaking, packaging and printing industries will further increase in the future, and enterprises that fail to meet the standards will be forced to shut down.

Some time ago, the price of Chinese raw paper has been in a soaring state. With some of the rising factors in the previous period being digested, the domestic waste paper prices have been lowered sharply, the exchange rate has stabilized, and the production off-season has arrived.
